Fractional CEO Leadership
An experienced CEO for the season you need one.
Some organizations hit a stretch where they need a real leader in the seat, not a consultant with a slide deck. A founder steps away. A transition stalls. A team loses its footing right when the stakes are highest. That’s when I step in.
I’ve been the CEO. I know what it feels like to carry payroll, culture, a board, and a mission at the same time. I bring that lived experience as a fractional or interim leader, so you get seasoned judgment without a permanent hire.

What this looks like
I take real responsibility for real decisions. I steady the team and rebuild trust where it’s frayed. I get the operating basics working again, the meetings, the money, the priorities. And I leave you with a plan and a stronger bench, so the organization stands on its own after I go.
Who it’s for
Nonprofits, schools, and mission-driven organizations in transition. Boards that need a capable hand while they search for a permanent CEO. Founders who need to step back without letting things fall apart.
Why me
I built an organization from one school to more than 2,000 students. I know how to hold complexity and keep people moving. And because I coach as well as lead, I develop the people around me while I’m in the seat, not just the org chart.
If your organization is between chapters, let’s talk about what steady leadership could look like right now.
